I love Cairo, but I'm running into a small problem...

When I put Cairo on the primary display, it reserves space nicely.
But when I change it to the secondary monitor it does not reserve space and all maximized windows end behind the dock.

My primary display is 1920x1080 and my secondary is 1280x1024.
My cairo-version is 3.4.1, running under Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon (64), using OpenGL.

This problem still exists, I didn't find a solution yet.
Any help would be highly appreciated...
