I have several browsers installed, each of them with a launcher set with dedicated icon (ie, FF has FF icon, Chrome is chrome etc.) and all works well EXCEPT for the FF which when run takes Opera's icon.
How can I fix that? |

is the option to overwrite the X icon enabled ?(in the advanced config, Taskbar)
if so, then do you have some custom icon in ~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/launchers ?
do you have launchers in the dock for FF and/or Opera ? |

1. I cannot find it.
2. The custom icon is in different folder: ~/eyecandy/ It works for every other browser
3. Yes. Launchers are in the top dock. Taskbar is at the bottom of the screen. |

the option is in the advanced config window, in the Taskbar module (on the top).
also, check that the class "firefox" is not in the exception list.
look in the folder ~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/icons to see if there is not an icon that would be used for FF.
can I have the content of the .desktop of FF in your theme folder (~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/launchers) ?
thanks. |

1. Yes, it is enabled.

4. There is no .desktop but '.Down' file.

There is no .desktop but '.Down' file. No, it's not the right launcher. Maybe something like that: cat ~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/launchers/01firefox.desktop |

also, what if you remove the FF launcher and the opera ones, and recreate them (from the Applications Menu) ? |
