Hello. I have been using glx-dock for a while, and it always caught my attention that I had to build every launcher on the dock by hand. This can be time consuming and onerous. I believe an application that translates xfce/gnome/lxde/kde/younameit menu configuration syntax to dub-docks and launchers would make conversion easier for people that already uses certain desktop-environments. It would be easier, then, moving some launchers/sub-docks and deleting others at own discretion by drag and drop to make a customized and complete dock. I'm no veteran coder, but such app seems to be not a difficult thing to do, either.
So, I would like feedback from coders and users alike. And hope my suggestion is pertinent and constructive. |

Hello,
If your desktop environment and your video drivers support the drag'n drop feature, it should work! If you drop any .desktop file on the dock a new launcher should be created. |

you can see an animated arrow when you can drop a launcher (taken from the Menu) inside the dock. |
