Working with your great CD I found a problem that occurs using the steamless mode of a virtual Windows XP in VirtualBox. Using this mode together with CD the windows-start-panel (or how ever it is called) is not shown on the bottom of the screen. I am using the CD's intelligent auto hiding option.
Switching between the steamless mode an the normal mode, VirtualBox is not able to hide the Windows-Desktop again while CD is started.
I am not sure whether ‘tis a problem of CD or VirtualBox, but maybe it interests you anyway

Sincerely
gunwald

ps.: Maybe it is a porblem of Ubuntus ATI-Driver-Version.
