it's good to have configurable keyboard shortcut (let's say shift/alt/ctrl/win key) to temporarily disable auto-appearing of the dock in auto-hiding mode. Most of the time the dock pops-up when I need it, but in some apps (like firefox with disabled status bar) when horizontal scrollbar appears I can't scroll it because the dock appears all the time.

I want something like "pop-up on shortcut", but with reversed behavior.
