Same behavior on 3 machines. I have the clock add-on set to "Keep below" and the dock to auto hide. The rest of the dock hides but the clock remains visible through whatever window is open.

I can confirm this situation. The only time the clock recognizes the Visibility setting (Normal, Keep above, Keep bellow, etc...) is when it is detached from the dock. I tested the mail applet and it behaves the same way so other applets are probably the same.

I may be wrong but I would think this is the proper behaviour. It would only make sense to use the Visibility setting when detached from the dock as a desklet. Maybe the Visibility setting should be greyed out unless the detached flag is checked.

Hello (and sorry for the delay!)

You can change this behaviour in the settings of this Clock applet: in the Icon tab, you should find this option: Always display the icon, even when the dock is hidden?
