Hello, i'm using Ubuntu and Cairo-dock DE.
How to to decrease delay for submenus appearance in the "Menu applet"? In old versions of Gnome it has fixed by setting value for "gtk-menu-popup-delay" in ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file, but not in modern Gnome and not in Ubuntu now.
So, is there a way to tune this? |

Hello,
You should have a look to GSettings (e.g. by using dconf-tool) in org/gnome/desktop/interface I guess. But this is what I found: GtkSettings:gtk-menu-popup-delay has been deprecated since version 3.10 and should not be used in newly-written code.
This setting is ignored. |

Yes, this is what I found too. I think, it's impossible now without recompiling sources. |
