I recently installed Linux Mint KDE on my computer, and then installed Cairo Dock. I got it set up exactly how i wanted it, and everything was running smoothly. I then rebooted my computer, and when Linux mint came up, I had no background or taskbar. I completely reinstalled Mint and Cairo Dock, but again, upon reboot, same issue. Mint would reboot properly before I installed Cairo Dock, but not after. I am a noob, so i am not sure what the problem could be. Can anyone help? |

maybe because you didn't set cairo-dock to launch on startup ?
what if you launch it from a terminal (by typing cairo-dock + press Return in the terminal) ? |
