I can't find how to revert back to the state where Cairo Dock asks me on statup whether or not I want to use opengl. Right now I have a default of no opengl.
Thanks

Simply launch it with this command:
cairo-dock -A
-A: Ask again on startup which backend to use.

To give you more info:
I currently have a cairo dock session that is loaded on startup. If I execute cairo-dock -A, I get a second dock. After logging out then back in, I still get the same current setup....cairo dock launches automatically without a choice to choose between opebgl or not.

yes but did you have a window to select the default backend?

cairo dock launches automatically without a choice to choose between opebgl or not.
Yes, it's the behaviour if a default backend has been selected (or if it's really not possible to launch the OpenGL backend => you should have more information by launching the dock from a terminal (you can post output messages here )).

The issue was I wasn't selecting the tick box to remember the selection....once I did that and logged in again...I got the last state of opengl or not. So that problem is solved but I found out that I have the HD4000 which has an open bug...so I'm back to no opengl.
Thanks
