If I start the dock after having launched 2 apps with windows of the same class (e.g. Firefox and its Download window), I see only one icon on the main icon but the subdock works fine.

It's just a detail, the dock should usually been launched at startup but it looks strange when the icon still requests for your attention and you're on the other window

PS: bug already reported on IRC but after 1 hour, I saw that I was... alone

I think I also have this bug if I launch the dock before Firefox. There is an animation but it's hard to understand that it's not for the main icon but for the second one.
