Messages : 11352 		It seems Cairo-Dock has been (unfortunately) removed but you've a few errors with Perl and your locale.

But don't hesitate to report any bugs or ideas to improve the dock

when running what ??

it seems a package called "whoopsie" is blocking the process
a quick google brings me on this page:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/whoopsie-daisy/+bug/996177
which seems like a known bug.
