First I would like to mention that this is just about the best thing that has happened to Ubuntu (especially in view of the crippled Unity launcher/navigation experience). Of course it's great for any environment.

I would like to ask, in case I'm missing something obvious, if there is a way to display the full icon label/caption in the submenu list.

I often have 30 or more web browser windows open at a given time. It would be nice to be able to see more of the text caption associated with the icons. An example is a number of Google or Youtube windows. I end up with seeing something like a prefix with dots for the label of each window (“www.google.com/...”). It would be nice if hovering the cursor over the icons would show the full caption. It'd save a lot of time when searching for a specific window.

If the feature is already available as an option, I'd appreciate a nudge of how to apply it. If it isn't I'll add this to the feature request forum.

By the way, I have 5 glx-doc.org browsers opened. They displayed as:

Glx-Doc / Cairo-Dock – List of Forums – Mozilla Firefox
displayed as: Glx-Doc / Cario-Doc...

Glx-Doc / Cairo-Dock – Cairo-Doc-Plug-ins Extra (3.0.x) – Mozilla Firefox
displayed as: Glx-Doc / Cario-Doc...

Glx-Doc / Cairo-Dock – Usage Problems – Mozilla Firefox
displayed as: Glx-Doc / Cario-Doc...

Glx-Doc / Cairo-Dock – Accuell - Mozilla Firefox
displayed as: Glx-Doc / Cario-Doc...

Glx-Doc / Cairo-Dock – New subject – Mozilla Firefox
displayed as: Glx-Doc / Cario-Doc...

Thanks for a great addition to the Linux community!

Thanks, Taiebot65. Incredible. It works! I was sure this was a feature.

maybe 20 is too low by default, also maybe display the beginning and end of the label would be better (with '...' in the middle) ?
