Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit - Cairo Dock 2.2.1 Obeta 1 BZR - AMD 64 X2 - Nvidia GT 220 - Compiz - Open GL

After updating this morning and reloading CD I had lost all of the desktop applet widgets. All of them had been set up as compiz widgets and working fine. I went in to the configuration menu and the applets were still shown as activated (checked). I was able to get all of them back except the weather applet by disabling them and then restarting them except the weather applet. It would not allow me to uncheck the applet and would freeze the system with the only option being to kill the dock. I also found that if I tried to quit the dock via the menu it would lock the system and I would have to kill the program from a terminal. Small suggestion for the cairo-dock_bzr.sh script. I use it from the dock with a launcher and it saves a lot of time. You need to put a small pause (Press enter to continue) at the end of the script so the terminal doesn't close until you want it to. Since the script self updates it doesn't do any good to change it manually. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work.

Thank you for this bug report
In fact fabounet try to add a workaround in order to fix the bug with some Qt based apps (e.g. skype, kaffeine, etc.)

I'll add to this post a bit. Now on reboot or closing the dock and reopening it all the desktop widgets disappear. They will reinstall via the config panel for the active session only.

I have the same problem since the last update of the weekly version : any desklet are invisible (no really, there is a square with a part of the screen background lighted). I need also to reinstall via the config panel each new CD run.
