Hi I haven't been able to find an answer for the problem I am having with my weather applet. First I will give you some info on my os and then my problem.
Currently I am usin Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic with gnome. I have installed the dock using the repository.
The problem I am having with the weather applet is that it doesn't switch the icon in the dock to show a night time icon in the evening. The problem is minor but I have noticed other docks in the themes and in the tutorials where the icon is showing a moon for night.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Hello,
Do you've this problem with every theme ? What's your theme? Do you've enabled the option to see night too?
Thanks |

I can add that it's weather.com which decides the icon to display, not the applet.
so you could try with another location. |

nope
you can try with another city, anywhere where it's already night right now, you'll see if the expected night icon is diaplayed or not. |

Hi,
Now the Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon (32 bit) weather applet is ok. So what about Cairo Dock 3.4.0 weather applet ???
I hope the problem can be fix as soon as possible, or make an update for Linux Mint, Ubuntu 12.4 and 14.4 (32 Bit) Users
Best Regards |
