No matter what I do I can't seem to get cairo-dock to size properly. I am using cairo-dock on the bottom of the screen. Xinerama options are set in the config file to specify the screen. I have a dual monitor setup. Each are different sizes and resolutions. Cairo-dock's maximum width is always that of the smaller monitor. I have tried changing settings in X including which screen is primary to no avail. When I change the xinerama option to the smaller monitor cairo-dock sizes just like you'd expect and fills the entire screen width on the bottom of the monitor. When moved to the wider monitor cairo-dock is limited to the width of the smaller monitor. Is this a bug? Is there a way to override it that I can't find?

My version is 2.1.0 built recently using the bzr script. I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 with the Gnome desktop. I'm using it with OpenGL and the NVidia drivers.

That shows the correct screen size.

and the problem is that the size used by the dock is not this one ?

Yep. The dock will only go as wide as my smaller monitor when on the bottom.

Hello

Do you have the same bug with the latest stable release (2.1.1-2)?

Weird

I wiped out my config directory and started from scratch, and it seems to be fixed. I don't know what the issue was, but it's working as it should now. It was probably something messed up in the config files...

maybe an old option that existed before to limit the size of the dock.
sorry for the trouble (hope you can restore your theme easily)
