Is it possible to add a special sub-dock which would show the files in 1 specific folder ?
I have a couple bash scripts, which I would like to be accessible from cairo, but I do not want to create a .desktop file for each of them. I do not need any icons for them, just the filename.
thanx |

Just drag and drop this folder in the dock and accept the monitoring and you are done |

This does not seems to work somehow. I tried to drag it from konqueror and nautilus also, and animated arrow appeared but after letting the folder down on the dock, nothing was added |

ah KDE ...
too bad KDE's vfs is not supported yet.
if you have gio/gvfs installed (I see that you tried with Nautilus, so maybe you already have them running), you can try to run
it may do the trick. |
